Day 1

Calicut-Wayanad

· You will be received at Calicut International airport/railway station by our representative and proceed to Wayanad (90 kms – 3 hours). On the way to Wayanad you may visit some tourist places.

·  Visit Wayanad Ghat Section Great view of the nine hair pin bends and the vehicle climbing up to Wayanad from Calicut. The place is misty during all time.

·     Visit - Pookote Lake is a fresh water perennial lake surrounded by forest and visitors can choose either pedal boat or raw boat here.

·      Visit - Karapuzha Dam – The second largest earthen dam in India.

·      Check in Homestay

Day 2

Wayanad

      ·      Visit - Edakkal caves. It is pre historical caves located in the middle of a mountain more     over its place for mini trekking

      ·      Visit – Uravu – It is a non-profit organisation at Thrikkaipetta village, about 10 km                from Kalpetta in Wayanad. It is a wing of the State Bamboo mission formed under the          Department of Industries.

      ·      Visit - Banasura Sagar dam, the biggest earthen dam in India. Best place for speed                 boating and photography.
